But these cards invite you to feel better first — not through force or pretending,

but through simple presence. Through gentle, intentional focus.

Each card offers a feeling worth returning to: peace, clarity, joy, ease.

And with each one, you practise letting that feeling in.

This isn’t about bypassing or fixing yourself.

It’s about remembering that how you feel is yours to guide and that when you feel good you are the most authentic you there is.

How to use the feel-good deck

Frequency Hopping Practice

Core Concept: Move through emotional states intentionally by using the cards as anchors for specific frequencies (emotions).

How It Works:

  1. Shuffle the deck and pick a card at random.
  2. Read the affirmation aloud and repeat it several times, letting the words settle in.
  3. Close your eyes, focus on the meaning of the affirmation, and tune into the emotion it represents. Visualise yourself fully embodying it.
  4. Once you feel aligned with that frequency, draw another card and repeat the process.
  5. Continue for as long as you have available, layering and shifting emotional frequencies deliberately.

Transformative Element: This practice helps you not only identify emotions but actively align with and shift into higher frequencies, reinforcing your ability to feel and create intentionally.

From Resistance to Flow Practice

Core Concept: Use frequency hopping to release resistance and move into alignment.

How It Works:

  1. Pick a card that reflects an emotion you’re currently resisting or struggling with (e.g., Trust if you feel doubtful).
  2. Repeat the affirmation and focus on softening into that emotion until the resistance fades.
  3. Draw another card that represents a higher emotion (e.g., Joy or Confidence) and shift into that state through your focus and repetition.

Transformative Element: Guides you through emotional blocks and into alignment step by step. Strengthening the awareness that you can do this anytime, wherever you are.

Card of The Day Practice

Core Concept: Re-shape your inner world through the deliberate intention of focusing on what feels good.

How It Works:

  1. Each morning, set out a segment of time to intend the day ahead, where you have limited distractions, can easily get comfortable, and have water at hand. 
  2. Take the Emotions I Love to Feel cards from their box and hold them, shuffle them and think loving thoughts about yourself as they are in your hands.
  3. Draw a card at random, and ponder how you interact or experience that emotion. Where do feel it in my body? and How does it affect the way I see myself?
  4. Keep it with you throughout the day, either in your wallet/purse, in the corner of your mirror, or even take a snap and save it as your mobiles wallpaper. Read the affirmation and tap into the emotion, as you move through your day.

Transformative Element: Serves to increase your awareness on the chances you have throughout the day, to pick better feeling, and empowering thoughts.

Super-Charged Morning Alignment Practice

Core Concept: Combine journaling and the Emotions I Love to Feel deck to deliberately set the tone for your day, and come to know for yourself the creative power you hold through intention and focus.

  1. Shuffle the cards in your hands and draw 1 to 3 cards that call out to you.
  2. Take your journal and write about each emotion, how it feels, reach for and list aspects of your life that already encourage or accommodate the emotion. Think about the last time you felt it, where you felt it and why you felt it.
  3. Affirm the emotion by repeating it/them out loud or writing out the affirmation - 3 times for each emotion. 
  4. Finish off your journal entry with: Emotions I intend to feel today are: 'the emotions you picked' and so it is done.
  5. Expect and look for evidence of those emotions within your experience, and enjoy the unfolding.

Transformative Element: Actively shift and retrain your mindset through repetition and positive feedback, forming new neural pathways and thought habits.

Tips for Success

  • Be consistent: Daily practice will help you build momentum and deepen your connection.
  • Stay curious: Approach the process with an open mind and allow your emotions to guide you.
  • Trust the process: Even on challenging days, trust that each emotion is part of your growth.
  • Take your time: Be gentle with yourself. Old practised thoughts won't disappear right away, but every time you turn up you're actively choosing to value how you feel, right here and now.

In truth we all know deep down that our emotions are in relation to the thoughts we're thinking, only somewhere along the line of holding it all together we've lost sight of this simple knowing. We now think thoughts, regardless of how they feel and hope to achieve something great. Yet no-thing changes for the better, so it's natural that we get fed up, and feel frustrated with life and where we are. But life doesn't have to be so heavy and unrewarding. 

Through using these cards you will 1) practice better feeling thoughts; wholesome and bigger picture thoughts and you will feel the benefit from them, and 2) you will give yourself a break from the old thoughts and emotions you've become accustomed too but don't quite enjoy.
